Scope Of Work
Creating a cohesive living environment where architecture and interior design merge into a serene experiential journey, connecting inhabitants with the silence, light, and vastness of the desert landscape.
Architectural Design
The design team develops low-lying, wind-responsive volumes that emerge organically from the dunes, organizing spaces around natural light, thermal comfort, and framed desert vistas, while preserving a continuous dialogue with the surrounding arid environment.
Interior Design
The material palette features rammed earth plaster, sandblasted limestone, dark oak accents, woven desert textiles, and matte mineral finishes, establishing a calm, tactile atmosphere rooted in contemporary desert aesthetics.
Custom Furniture
All interior furnishings are custom-designed to reflect the architectural language, emphasizing sculptural simplicity, ergonomic comfort, and a seamless integration with spatial proportions and desert-inspired tones.
Landscape & Outdoor Living
Sunken courtyards, shaded pergolas, reflective pools, and native xerophytic planting are carefully integrated across the site, extending living spaces outward and enhancing the immersive connection between architecture and desert nature.
Exhibition Space
A cascading crystal installation composed of frosted, cognac, and clear elements, drawing the eye upward and accentuating the apartment’s impressive ceiling heights.
