Scope Of Work
Creating a unified living environment where architecture and interiors dissolve into a serene and timeless spatial journey.
Architectural Design
The design team develops layered building volumes that follow the natural sloping terrain, organizing spaces around light, privacy, and open views toward the valley, while maintaining a continuous connection with the surrounding mountainous landscape.
Interior Design
The material palette includes local basalt stone, treated pine wood, handcrafted textiles, and minimalist finishes, forming a warm, refined atmosphere with a contemporary highland character.
Custom Furniture
All interior furnishings are custom-designed in alignment with the architectural language, ensuring consistency in proportion, spatial rhythm, and an enhanced everyday living experience.
Landscape & Outdoor Living
Terraced decks, reflective water features, native planting gardens, and covered outdoor living areas are interwoven throughout the site, extending the living experience and strengthening the integration between the building and nature.
Exhibition Space
A cascading crystal installation composed of frosted, cognac, and clear elements, drawing the eye upward and accentuating the apartment’s impressive ceiling heights.
