Scope Of Work
Designing a secluded retreat where architecture becomes an extension of the landscape, offering a quiet, immersive experience shaped by wind, ice, and the monumental silence of Patagonia.
Architectural Design
The design introduces elevated, low-impact structures anchored lightly into the terrain, using weather-resistant systems and modular geometries that respond to extreme climatic conditions while maximizing uninterrupted views of glaciers, lakes, and rugged peaks.
Interior Design
The interiors are defined by lenga wood, volcanic basalt stone, handwoven Patagonian wool textiles, brushed steel accents, and soft mineral plaster finishes, creating a warm yet grounded atmosphere that contrasts the raw exterior environment.
Custom Furniture
Each furniture piece is custom-crafted with a focus on durability and tactile authenticity, integrating local craftsmanship traditions with contemporary ergonomic design and natural material expression.
Landscape & Outdoor Living
Elevated walkways, wind-sheltered terraces, native steppe vegetation, and glacial water channels are carefully integrated to preserve the fragile ecosystem while extending the living experience into the surrounding wilderness.
Exhibition Space
A cascading crystal installation composed of frosted, cognac, and clear elements, drawing the eye upward and accentuating the apartment’s impressive ceiling heights.
